Sinyi Development Wins Four Awards at the 2024 Want Want China Times Real Estate Golden Award

Sinyi Development proudly received four prestigious awards at the 2024 Want Want China Times Real Estate Golden Award ceremony. At the ceremony, Sinyi Group was recognized for its commitment to sustainable development and service excellence, winning four major awards across the real estate brokerage, development, and sales sectors. These accolades include the "Sustainable Indicator Excellence Award" and "Service Quality Excellence Award" for Sinyi Real Estate, the "Sustainable Development Excellence Award" for Sinyi Development, and the "Sales Brand Excellence Award" for Sinyi Sales.

Mr. Li Shengyue, Associate Director of Sinyi Real Estate’s Brand Development Department, stated that the awards reflect Sinyi’s commitment to sustainability, service, and innovation. He expressed that every "good transaction" made by Sinyi should become part of a "sustainable good life."

Sinyi Development’s vision for 2030 is to "become the ESG benchmark in the industry through inclusive pre-architecture." Mr. Li Jiankun, Vice General Manager of Sinyi Development, explained that the company continues to enhance its climate risk management efforts. Recently, Sinyi Development became the first construction company in Taiwan to receive the highest "Level 5+ Excellence" certification from the British Standards Institution (BSI) for its climate-related financial disclosures under the TCFD framework, demonstrating its commitment to sustainable development.

To achieve the 2050 net-zero target, Sinyi Development focuses on energy-saving and carbon-reduction measures in building design and material selection. The Jiaxin project serves as the baseline for carbon reduction, with the implementation of full lifecycle carbon footprint assessments. AI technology is also being introduced to improve energy management efficiency, and passive design is employed to simulate different environmental conditions, creating spaces for natural ventilation and lighting, which in turn reduces the need for air conditioning and artificial lighting.

Mr. Dong Xiancheng, Executive Vice General Manager of Sinyi Sales Division, emphasized that Sinyi Sales adheres to the "people-first" philosophy, focusing on protecting stakeholder interests and prioritizing customer security and experience. They provide accurate and transparent information to help customers achieve their dream of homeownership.

Sinyi Sales introduced "All-in-One Property 2.0," integrating Sinyi Group’s resources through real estate brokerage channels, digital marketing, big data, and online house tours to precisely target potential buyers. Through "ESG value creation," Sinyi Sales assists developers in planning buildings from the perspective of customer needs, offering a comfortable living environment for buyers while supporting the sustainable development of the real estate industry, with a focus on ESG management and strategic advisory services.

Mr. Li Shengyue concluded, "This is the third consecutive year that Sinyi Real Estate has won awards at the China Times Real Estate Golden Awards, demonstrating our strength in sustainability, service, and innovation." He further emphasized that since its founding, Sinyi Group's founder, Mr. Chou Chun-Chi, has upheld the principle of "earning reasonable profits and treating all stakeholders with respect," a philosophy that continues to inspire the entire group.
