Ahead of the industry's schedule, Sinyi Development has introduced the first-ever "Exclusive Community Building Plan for Homeowners" during the pre-sale phase. Through online communities and offline events, Sinyi listens to customer feedback and needs, organizing various activities to create opportunities for resident interaction. Recently, Sinyi assisted residents of the under-construction Jiaxue community in hosting a series of customization seminars, which received enthusiastic responses. The two sessions attracted a total of 90 residents, with a 100% attendance rate.

Unlike second-hand homes, pre-sale homes allow for "customer customization" (referred to as "客變" or "customer change"). This means that before moving in, based on the buyer’s needs, adjustments can be made to the builder’s original design within the scope of the sales contract and relevant regulations. By planning ahead and communicating with designers, homeowners can effectively reduce changes after delivery, lower renovation costs, and reduce carbon emissions. However, most residents are first-time pre-sale homebuyers and are not familiar with the process. In addition to hiring separate designers, they often lack the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the procedures or communicate with neighbors.

Mr. Mo, a resident of Jiaxue, after participating in Sinyi Development's event and interacting with his neighbors, volunteered to share his knowledge as an interior designer, offering to assist other community residents. In response to this offer and after listening to residents' needs, Sinyi Development guided residents in planning and initiating a series of seminars on Feng Shui and customer customization.

Unlike past events, which were led by Sinyi’s community-building team, this customization seminar saw the residents themselves take the spotlight. Participants took on active roles as hosts and speakers, contributing their expertise or enthusiasm. Sinyi Development played a guiding role, helping confirm residents' needs and willingness, and assisting in the execution of the seminar. Due to the relevant topics, the seminar quickly reached full capacity, and additional sessions were added, which also filled up rapidly. Ultimately, the two sessions attracted 90 residents, with a 100% attendance rate.

During the seminars, speakers shared their family’s housing needs and design experiences, using their own unit types as examples to demonstrate how to plan spaces based on personal needs. Designers encouraged residents to fully express their lifestyle needs and to discuss them with the designers for planning suggestions. Once consensus was reached, floor plans were created, and residents were also invited to try drawing their own designs. Many participants were first-time explorers of floor plan design, and because all attendees were neighbors, the interaction was active, with everyone eager to share their thoughts. The atmosphere was relaxed, filled with laughter.

Sinyi Development stated that the ultimate goal of community building is to help residents get to know each other, gradually "turning guests into hosts" and encouraging active participation in their future community affairs. This approach fosters a harmonious neighborhood atmosphere. Through community-building efforts like these, Sinyi not only enhances interaction among residents but also effectively increases their participation. It allows more residents to meet and get to know each other in a relaxed environment, building mutual trust through communication. Since the introduction of the Exclusive Community Building Plan, Sinyi has received positive feedback from many residents. Those who have not yet become neighbors have connected through various online and offline activities, and some have even arranged to meet for outings, taking a significant step toward creating a friendly and cohesive community.
