Sinyi Development recently participated in the 2024 BRICS Forum, organized by the Taipei Architecture Interchange Association. The forum focused on forward-looking trends and innovative technologies in the construction industry. During the forum, Senior Official from the Ministry of the Interior's National Land Management Bureau shared insights on the key factors for achieving net-zero buildings. She emphasized that, in addition to being "low-carbon" and "energy-efficient," buildings must also incorporate "energy generation" elements to meet the 2050 net-zero emissions target.
