Sinyi Development Hosts Themed Exchange Meetings to Build Neighborly Communities

Sinyi Development not only focuses on creating high-quality buildings with sustainability at its core but also works on "community building" to foster a neighborly environment. Since July, three exchange meetings have been held for residents of Sinyi Jiaxin to help them connect even before moving in. The third session, titled "Sharing Soft and Hard Interior Design," was selected through a discussion and voting process by the residents in the community group. After participating, residents expressed strong support for Sinyi Development’s community-building philosophy and indicated their willingness to participate in future initiatives, strengthening mutual understanding and laying a solid foundation for future community harmony.
Sinyi Development stated that the three exchange meetings held this year focused on local connections, a sensory lifestyle, and soft and hard interior design. The third meeting, which took place on July 27th, explored key points in interior design to meet residents' future needs for home decoration.
On the day of the event, the speaker, Mr. Mo Bo-wei, explained the importance of interior design and decoration, followed by Ms. Li Yi-man, who introduced modern interior design trends, the application of lighting, and color coordination in spaces. Styles such as minimalist, Scandinavian, and Japanese wabi-sabi were discussed, each with different approaches to color and materials. Additionally, there were options for a blend of fashionable luxury and artistic styles.
Ms. Li suggested that residents, if uncertain about color coordination, could opt for Morandi tones to create a harmonious visual effect. Finally, Mr. Luo Zi-han guided the residents through a hands-on experience with furniture and space styles.
Resident Mr. Huang commented, "Originally, a friend was considering a contract transfer, but after participating in two of the exchange sessions in July, I truly appreciated the thoughtful details of the community-building activities. I decided not to transfer the contract and am looking forward to meeting other neighbors when I move in."
Resident Ms. Lin shared, "While chatting, I found out that my colleagues' projects didn’t have post-sale interactions with residents. I strongly agree with Sinyi’s community-building philosophy, so I shared and recommended this project to my colleagues and expressed my willingness to participate in future community services."
Sinyi Development emphasized that by organizing these resident-focused exchange meetings, they help residents get to know one another before moving in, familiarizing them with their neighbors and encouraging participation in community building, ultimately creating a vibrant community.
